Is the collage really free, with no watermark?
Yes. Both the preview and the 300 DPI print file download without any watermark or signup. Files are deleted from our servers after an hour.
What resolution do my photos need?
Each photo fills roughly a third of the canvas width. For a 24×24" collage that means each cell prints at about 8×8" — so photos of 800×800px or more will print cleanly at 100 DPI. Use our free image quality checker if you're unsure.
Do I have to use all nine slots?
No — upload as many photos as you like up to nine. Empty cells simply show the background colour, which can look deliberately minimal with a black or cream background.
Can I print the downloaded file on canvas?
Yes — the 300 DPI file is sized exactly to the dimensions you picked and any print shop can use it. If you need mirror or colour edge wraps for stretcher bars, run the file through our free canvas wrap tools afterwards.
